Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

Damage or loss caused by customers is non-refundable. (e.g., “If the logistics company provides the receipt document, it will not be considered lost.”)

General Return Process:

  1. Initiate a return: Email us at [email protected] with photos and/or videos of the items, along with your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.
  2. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Refund or exchange: Upon receiving your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 2 working days and provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge:

  • No handling fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.
  • If the return is due to our problems (e.g., incorrect products, quality issues), a full refund will be provided.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s issue (e.g., dislike/want a different item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer should cover the freight. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
  • If the product returned by the customer is damaged or lost in transit, we will contact the customer within two working days to confirm the problem. If the customer applies for a refund, we will deduct 20% of the order price and provide a partial refund.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Expect to receive the refund within 2-3 working days after approval.
  • If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account. Contact your bank or credit card company if needed. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at [email protected]

Order Cancellations:

  • We can typically cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase. If your payment is completed and the parcel is not shipped, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery, and we will refund the full amount.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel is shipped. However, they can be returned to us upon receipt.
